This photo requires a little explanation. This picture was taken on May 16th of 2009. This was the day of First Lady Michelle Obama's commencement address on the University of Merced campus. I was riding in the car seen here, which was being driven by some good friends of our family. We pulled the car out onto Lake Road, and we were stuck in this huge line of traffic. I took my camera out, and with one hand I took a picture. I ended up getting the roof of the car in focus, and in the background you can see the long line of cars waiting to park that morning. I took some pictures that day, and since it was one of the most important days in Merced's history, I posted them on a blog.

Line of cars on Lake Road in Merced - May 16th 2009.
