This picture was taken in 2009. This was taken roughly in the area of Yosemite Avenue and Perch Lane. The sign says "RAGA", but it is supposed to say "MORAGA". This is at the entrance to a huge housing development (that destroyed a gigantic amount of farmland) that was started and then largely abandoned.
