Located on the Reykjavik waterfront, the building has (according to an article I just read) an interior of nearly 28,000 square meters. Designed by an architect named Henning Larsen, this building is meant to be the center of an effort to revitalize the Reykjavik waterfront. Video taken in September of 2018.
